Made by blending malbec and syrah from Sir George's favourite Hawke’s Bay vineyard sites, this ravishing rosé was shepherded into the bottle by winemaker Michelle Richardson, his longtime collaborator.
At a demure 11.5% alcohol, it’s trout-pink, and cherry-scented, with a ripe rhubarb and watermelon ribbon wrapped around a core of raspberry, apple, and soft spices. Tasty!
