It’s not common to see gin crafted from rye, so this is a bit special. Perfumed with sweet, crusty, full-grain fruit toast, black pepper, caraway, coriander, grapefruit, juniper and lime, this rare, super-spicy, American dry rye gin is ideal for buckets of different mixers. Malty and sweetly creamy on the finish, it is long, warming (note the 45% abv) and generous and altogether something very different.
Serve neat over ice or with a splash of quality tonic and a sprig of rosemary.
