I'll tell you one thing: I think Andrew Barnes and Charlotte Lockhart of Postage Stamp have done themselves a disservice calling this wine 'Prospect' — because at the first sip I wanted it to join my gang straight away.
Loaded with earthy dried-herb complexity and layers of cocoa, pepper, bay leaf, and leather, it’s a blend of cabernet sauvignon, merlot, and cabernet franc that offers soothing, fine-grained goodness alongside dark plum and lifted floral notes. Pour into a swirlable glass and enjoy with steak and kidney pie.
