This wine is the delicious result of a cross-Tasman obsession — between Matt Broomhead (Three Dark Horses winemaker) and Dave Healy, one of NZ’s favourite wine importers.
Together, they hand-picked the grapes, basket-pressed them old-school-style, and aged the wine in Tonnellerie Baron oak for two years. Then they picked just six barrels of the best. The result? A bold, broody red that’s spicy, silky, and wildly elegant.
